We (2 adults and 2 boys at 14 and 6) spent 4 weeks in this apartment. We love Sainte-Maxime and we enjoied our stay.
The apartment is on the ground floor but it is on a hill, so you have an easy access with heavy stuff, but a nice view overlooking the bay of Saint Tropez.
The residence has plenty of parking space and a private swimming pool, it is very quite although 3 min walk from a free beach which you can also reach walking through a very perfumed botanic garden. Tennis club nearby is ideal for practicing for people like me that usually do not have time during the year, the city center is 15min. walk.
The apartment is well equipped, with air conditioned (although you do not need very much because the rooms are sufficiently ventilated). There is also a very efficient WIFI that was good for me since I worked during the stay, there are very good kitchen tools and it has a dish washing machine, there is no washing machine so for long stay you need to organize things with pay per wash laundries located in the city and in the commercial center.
There is a nice flat screen with plenty of TV channels but all you need is always a bottle fo rosé wine in the fridge in order to enjoy the French atmosphere….
