Information about the apartment in the South of France
Before you contact us via e-mail or by phone with questions about the rental, first check whether you can't find the answer to your question below, where we have collected a lot of information about the apartment in the South of France and included the most pleasant questions from our guests (FAQ ).
In the period 1 April – 1 November, water and electricity consumption is included in the rent. When renting outside this period, electricity is billed according to consumption.
It is not permitted to charge electric cars from the apartment's electrical installation unless there is a written agreement to this effect with the landlord.
Payment of rent is made by debit card directly from our website here.
Using payment cards is not only fast and smooth but ensures at the same time a secure transfer as all your personal data and card information is encrypted thanks to the statutory SSL certificate. You can use the following payment cards via our website:
On the apartment page you can see what is available of kitchenware, appliances, garden chairs and much more.
Today we can offer all our guests rental of both bed linen and towels. You book it at the same time as your booking, or no later than 2 weeks before your stay.
Pets may only be brought by written agreement before arrival.
The apartment offers free wireless WiFi internet, so you can check news, follow on social media, write emails and much more.

Over the last few years, more and more guests have requested final cleaning, which we now offer as a mandatory service. You just need to hand in the apartment in a tidy condition, after which we take care of vacuuming, floor washing, dusting, etc.

Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations up to 20 weeks before arrival can be made free of charge.
- If canceled between 19 and 7 weeks before arrival, 25% of the total rental amount will be paid.
- Less than 7 weeks before arrival, 100% of the total rental amount is paid.
- Contact us as soon as possible if you want a rebooking.
If we or you can put another tenant in for the same period, only any price difference will be paid
If necessary, consider taking out a cancellation insurance through European, so you are insured if you do not leave or have to cancel your stay due to acute illness, injury or death.
“Cancellation Holiday rentals”Is offered at 6 percent of the rental price and must be purchased at the latest at the same time as the deposit for the holiday apartment, which must be covered by the insurance, is paid. This is because the insurance covers you in the period up to the stay.

Just outside the apartment there is a private parking space for approx. 8 cars. Should the spaces be occupied, there is a large parking space 30 meters further down the road, cf. the areas marked in yellow in the picture below.
This car park is marked with “Private parking, Residence Thalassa” and belongs to the apartment complex.
The apartment complex includes a beautiful private and locked pool with pool for the little ones. The pool is open in the period from Easter to October 1 in the period 08:30 - 20:00.
Access to the pool is gained by using the key-eyebottom, which is simply held up to the lock after which the door is opened.
It is quite simple to book our lovely holiday apartment. Just follow these steps:
1. See available weeks and prices on our booking page
2. Enter your contact details and order for renting bed linen, towels. Note that final cleaning is mandatory
3. By email, you will immediately (within 12 hours) receive confirmation of your booking and information on how to pay.
4. Your reservation is valid as soon as your deposit on account of 25% of the total rent is registered in our bank account.
5. No later than 7 weeks before the stay, the remaining 75% of the total rental price is paid, incl. security deposit of EUR 100.00 for keys and furniture.
Deposit is refundable when the key is received return, which is no later than 2 weeks after the end of the stay.
The rent is binding, but if you want you can take out a cheap cancellation insurance via European here.
Changeover day is usually Saturday. The tenants must have left the apartment on the day of departure no later than 10:00 for the sake of preparation for new tenants.
New tenants have access to the apartment from kl. 14:00.
The above can only be changed by prior written agreement.
